GEORGIAN VILLA IN SHEPHERD’S BUSH

We were able to add a large full width ground floor extension to this house to significantly increase the square footage available. We reviewed various floorplans and settled on an arrangement that would give our client a large open plan kitchen and living space, as well as an extra bedroom and bathroom. Natural materials including wood, copper, steel and exposed brick give this home a contemporary but warm feel.

The central courtyard brings light into the centre of the house, allowing a full width living space that doesn’t sacrifice natural light in the kitchen and bedroom.
