GEORGIAN RIVERSIDE PROPERTY IN BARNES

This beautiful home is within the Barnes Green Conservation Area and is listed as a building of townscape merit, so we needed a heritage statement as part of the planning application. We worked closely with Richmond Council to make sure the planning process was swift and smooth. Our role was to strike the delicate balance of modernizing a home whilst retaining important features and character. We took our lead from the house and used complementary materials for an elegant but innovative finish.
